Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear pictures of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days through your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s preference, the customer will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.
