Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Within major cities: 2 to 4 working days
  • Other areas: 3 to 7 working days
    Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before completing your purchase.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment status.

5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery as per their standard policy. If the parcel is not received after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
ZA & Sons will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged Parcels
If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 48 hours with clear pictures of the package and product. We will assist you according to our return policy.

8. International Shipping
If applicable, international delivery times and charges may vary. Customs duties and taxes, if any, will be the responsibility of the customer.
